An in-app experience was built to train the warehouse pickers via gamification and self-motivated learning driven by multiple mental models.

This solution took me to the final rounds, enabled a good debate and brainstorming with the team, however due to other reasons could not translate into an offer.
Initially not tracked, we would ideally measure the ROI via employee NPS, completion rates, productivity/quality KPIs, and overall % reduction in cost of operations.
